What brings you to ASA?

“Administration worked with high schoolers and charter schools and I wanted to live closer to my family. I love science. I’m not an artist but I like the arts and I was a gymnastics teacher and I can’t wait to also see the high school to be developed.”

What’s your favorite candy?

 “I am a Licorice lover and I also like freeze dried skittles.”

What is your dream job?

“Director at an A.L.C and this job.”

What is your favorite animal?

“I was gonna be a veterinarian but took a different road. I have 30 goats, 3 sheep, 3 dogs, 3 cats, and 16 chickens.”

What is your favorite color?

“I mostly like warm colors but my all time favorite is pink.”

What is your favorite movie?

“50 First Dates is a cute little romance movie and it has a very good plot in general.”

Do you have any past experience with teaching?

“ I was a 7th grade life science teacher for  high school and 14 years as a science teacher.”

What was your favorite subject as a kid?

“Science, choir, and band. I played clarinet and sang as a soprano.”  

Do you have any major accomplishments that you would like to talk about?

“A young lady made it to state gymnastics because of my teaching, and I have 2 boys who are young adults. My youngest is in college and the other is working in construction.”
