What you will need:
-8 ounces (1-⅓ cup) of chocolate bars
-¼ cup of dutch cocoa powder
-1 tbsp of espresso powder
-1 ¼ cup of hot melted unsalted butter
-2 cups of granulated sugar
-½ cup dark brown sugar
-2 tsp of vanilla extract
-1 tsp of salt
-6 eggs
-1 cup all purpose flour
Directions
Brownie:
Cut the chocolate bars into small pieces in a bowl. In the same bowl add dutch cocoa powder, espresso powder, and melted butter. Wait 2 minutes before mixing.
After mixing, add in granulated sugar, dark brown sugar, vanilla extract, salt, and eggs. Then mix with a mixer until combined.
After mixing, add flour and cocoa powder then mix again.
Tray and Oven:
Cover the surface of the tray with butter then cover the tray with baking paper and spread one more layer of butter on top, then pour in the batter. When ready to bake, put in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.
