The Veterans day celebration was on November 11, 2025. The celebration began with the color guard, while the middle school band played The “Star Spangled Banner.” Then people from the VFW Auxiliary began talking about the table and how it represents Veterans.
After that, the middle school band began to play “America the Beautiful.” Then Teagan Rooney, the Middle School Student Council President gave a speech about what freedom means to middle school students. She was talking about how we have freedom to have our own personalities, we can make our own choices, and of course, thanking the Veterans.
Then the kindergarteners, 1st, and 2nd graders sang “Our Country.” After the song, Daniel Schoening gave a poem about freedom and veterans, and then the 3rd and 4th graders sang “God Bless the USA.”
Then Mrs. Cora and Mrs. Melissa wrapped up the celebration with a speech.
